Sharing in the program were John Serur, one of Higgs’ former students; Mark Newton, his pastor for many years at First Baptist, San Marcos; Allan Hamlin, Higgs’ brother-in-law; and Al Barlow, a co-entertainer with Higgs at the Outdoor Medicine Show in Wimberley.
